Yes. Backstage is committed to making performances accessible for all visitors. The venue offers an infrared hearing system, there is a social story available on their website and are happy to arrange a familiarisation tour before a performance if necessary and they also a quiet room with sensory supports and fidgets for those who may need them. 3. Is there parking nearby?

Yes. There is FREE parking and disabled parking available on site making it easy for visitors to attend performances.

4. Can I exchange my tickets if I can no longer attend?

Yes. Under our Book with Confidence policy, tickets can be exchanged for another performance or converted to a credit voucher if you contact the Box Office by 4pm, two working days before the performance.

5. How do I book tickets?

Tickets can be booked online on backstage.ie or through the Box Office. For assistance, call 043 3347888 during Box Office hours, Monday to Friday, 10am–5pm.

6. How early should I arrive before a performance?

We recommend arriving at least 20–30 minutes before the performance starts to allow time for ticket collection, finding your seat and enjoying the theatre atmosphere. Our Atrium Gallery Bar is open one hour before show start time so feel free to arrive early and enjoy a drink and a chat before the show.
