Fiona Egan Cloughan Farm & Cookery School is located in Abbeyshrule, Co Longford, 1.5km from the Royal Canal Greenway and The National Famine Way. Take a farm walk and learn to prepare & cook delicious brunch, lunch & dinners using fresh ingredients from the farm. In the summer time pop out to the fruit bushes and handpick redcurrants, raspberries and a few sprigs of mint to decorate a luscious chocolate roulade or a sinful dessert.

Fiona together with her husband Michael run Fiona Egan Cloughan Farm & Cookery School giving you the opportunity to reconnect with food and the countryside. Fiona & Michael are excellent hosts and provide a wide variety of classes to suit all visitors, kids and adults alike. An excellent way to relax with family and friends. Learn, laugh and love local food. Now hosting fantastic workshops including Willow Basking Making, Botanical Art and Dried Flower arranging.
